My order shows delivered but I did not receive my package, what do I do now?

Our policy for lost or stolen packages is as follows. We suggest you ask your neighbors or contact your local post office as the labels have GPS tracking in them. Also, since the package is not big, just double check all your mail to make sure it is not stuck to another package/magazine. If you are unable to locate the package and making a claim with the post office does not work, we will offer a 50% discount code for a new order.

My order shows in transit for a long time, is it lost?

In over 37K orders, not one has been lost. There have been about 10 orders that have been extremely delayed, (over a month). Since I send around 300 orders a day, I am unable to track every order, however, if you let me know after a few days of the order not updating, I will contact my local post office, open up a claim and make sure I get some sort of solution within 72 hours. I aim to provide excellent customer service. Please bear in mind that the postal service is out of my control.

My order shows Pre-transit and it has been a few days, is it on the way?

Yes, once we print the shipping label, the order is dropped off on the same day the label is printed or the next business day if it is the weekend. USPS then needs to scan the package, sometimes that happens in the first sorting facility and sometimes in the second, or when it gets to your local post office. This means, there could be up to a 3-4 day delay on the update of the status, but your order is on the way.

What is your return policy?

Earrings and items bought on sale or using any coupon over 10% are considered final sale and are not returnable. You must let me know within 3 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it. If it is over 3 days, no return is accepted. After that, we will need to receive the product within 7 days and after receiving the item a refund will be processed. There is a 20% restocking fee. This covers the time and materials used to send the order in the first place.

I forgot to change my address on my order and the order was sent, what happens now..

Unfortunately, since this is not our fault, we have to wait for the package to be returned and then we can re-send it. Please note that new postage will have to be paid. This can be one thru Etsy, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. If you would like a refund instead, a refund minus the postage will be given once the item has been received back.

My order was return due to an incomplete address or because I was not able to sign at delivery, what happens now?

If your order was return due to an error with the address, the restock fee will apply and a refund will be issued. I will first attempt to contact you to see if you would like me to re-send the item. New postage will need to be paid.

My Item Arrived damaged, how can I get a replacement?

All our items are insured, we need to process the claim within 48 hours of delivery, we need to get a picture of the item to make the claim with the postal service, if we are past that time, no claim can be made and we are unable to exchange the item.

Are earrings or item on sale returnable?

Earrings and items bought on sale or using any coupon over 10% are considered final sale and are not returnable.
