What if I entered the wrong address in my shipping info?

PLEASE double check your shipping address and info to make sure it is correct. An incorrect address will not guarantee a successful delivery.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! I'd love to work with you to create something special! I can fulfill religious and NSFW requests as well (:

Help! I made a mistake with my order.

Please contact me ASAP and we can work through any issues. I do get some orders out within 24 hours after being placed, so please do not hesitate to send a message with your concerns (:

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Although our jewelry is mostly made of plastic or other water-resistant materials, we highly recommend that you DO NOT submerge your jewelry in water (swimming, bathing, doing dishes, etc).

PLEASE read item descriptions! They have important details and useful information (:

My package was lost in the mail/ tracking says it's been "delivered" but it's not in my mailbox.

Unfortunately, I have no control responsibility over the package once it is handed over to my post office. All packages are sent with USPS tracking. If an issue should arise with delivery, contact your local post office with your inquiry. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not exact, and packages can be delayed for several reasons including inclement weather and holidays.
