How many cupcake toppers do I get?

What day will my order ship?

Production time varies depending on how big your order is and how many orders are ahead of you. I try my best to keep production time at 7-10 business days before shipping. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

What shipping options are available?

We offer 2 different shipping options. 1. USPS First Class (2-5 business days) 2. USPS Priority (1-3 business days) *Please note that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Upgrading your shipping does not get your order processed any faster, but it will arrive faster once it is shipped

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I did not get it. What do I do?

While this is extremely rare, it can happen. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as "delivered," it is out of my hands. First, I recommend looking around outside and checking with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, then go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor who can investigate this matter for you.

I don’t see my event date or why do you need an event date?

This is more of an approximate event date. I use event dates as a way to make sure you have your items before your event. Basically, you can choose any date listed as long as it’s before your event.
