The necklace itself is beautiful and appears well made. If you were just talking about the product I'd give this 5 stars all day. I think the customer service could be better though. No updates on the process of the order and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. Despite checking in with a vauge update that it should be here before christmas it didn't come in time.
