Fibers, leather, yarns and metal components need protection from water. So please remove them when showering, swimming or washing. Don't leave your hangings outdoors for the same reason unless there is a prompt to.

You can send me your measurements and I'll be happy to make any item according to them.

Can I return all the items no matter where I am in the world?

No, the "accepted returns" apply to EU, EEA and UK buyers by law" and not for other countries where customs are involved. There are exempt items that are not eligible for withdrawal: Personalized items, perishable goods, unsealed hygiene items, and digital downloads. You are responsible to cover the returning cost of goods and get a full refund (item's value + initial shipping cost) as soon as the item arrives back to me.
