Do you except returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Because most of our products are printed to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. PIease read the item descriptions carefully before ordering. Feel free to contact me with any questions prior to ordering.

What if something is wrong with my order when it arrives?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If your item arrives damaged- please contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the item/problem, so that I can make it right. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will send you a new item to replace it. Exchanges are not possible for ordering the wrong size, buyers remorse, etc. Make sure to check the sizing charts in each listing to order your best size.

What if I need to update the shipping address?

Please be sure to check your shipping address before to submitting your order. If you need to make a change after you submit your order, please send me a message within 2 hours with the correct shipping information.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

I provide shipping quotes for international customers upon request so that I can find you the best possible rate. Send me a message to inquire.

How do I track my package?

When your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number. ** You can find it here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Click on your tracking number to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or any other errors made by a third party delivery services. (This includes USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other delivery services).

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it- what do I do?

If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, we suggest first checking with neighbors/ property managers to see if they got it by accident. If you cannot locate it that way, I recommend contacting your local post office (or UPS/FedEx office) for follow up. If the package is not located, ask what you need to do to file a missing package claim. I am happy to help you with these steps, but cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages caused by the delivery service provider.
