The item is absolutely beautiful which is all that really counts. The names are all spelled correctly & it’s the exact colors I requested. The size is exactly what shows in the ad. Now we get to shipping… I purchased this Aug 15th & just got it last night (Sept 7th). I understand it takes time to make before shipping, but it just couldn’t take THAT long. Communication w/ seller was professional… almost robotic each response & a slight duplicate. Seemed like AI or something. I tried to make it personal saying how I’m excited to receive the macrame family tree b/c we just moved & Im newly decorating. Not personable @ all, but the shipping is main complaint. Domestic shipping! But what is the absolute main opinion is it’s beautiful, which is all that matters in the end after all the bs.
