I can exchange clothing as long as The original item is returned and has not been worn or washed and still have tags on it. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to exchange an item and any other extra expenses.
I cannot exchange any personalized clothing with names on it or if you got to choose the design of your item. Please make sure you choose the correct size at check out and put down the correct info for personalized items.
By purchasing items from my shop this means the customer has read all and any info in the item description area and return policy. Some listings have certain ship dates in the item description and measurements charts so please read all info before purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and we can figure out a solution. Refunds are based on case by case.
Depending on the situation You can Mail back the item for a refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange the item but I can’t refund or exchange any personalized clothing.
If there is a sizing problem or something does not fit I am happy to exchange the item but buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you recieve the item and its defective or damaged then I will replace the item at no cost to the buyer.

By purchasing priority Mail this does NOT speed up the process time to make the order. The process time is still the same as stated under shipping and policies. Priority Mail does speed up the shipping/delivery time once your order has shipped.

You will be refunded minus the amount it cost to ship. If there was free shipping you will not be refunded for the shipping costs because it still costs me to ship the order.

All Holiday clothing is non returnable after the Holidays. This includes non personalized items and personalized.
