At the top of the mobile there is a ring for which the mobile is attached to the mobile holder or a rope. I would advise buying a holder that rotates and on which you can adjust the height for the mobile.
The mobile should not spin all the time, but rather, so that the baby can focus on the toys and examine them. It is also important that the mobile does not hang over the baby's head, but should be at an angle of 45, so that the baby looks at the mobile directly and a little far away.
