This item is made from High Quality Sugar paste and we mix our own colours so there may be a slight variation in stock colours however if you order a specific amount that batch will all be the same shade. Please be aware that colours may vary on different computer screens so may appear different when your product arrives but we will do our best to photograph as accurately as possible.

SHELF LIFE


Suitable for up to 6 months from your order date. Keep sugar paste items in a dry dark place and do not refrigerate or freeze as this will cause them to wilt for best results place on your cake or cupcakes just prior to serving

DESPATCH


As all our sugar paste items are handmade and made to order. Please check our despatch times on this listing as they may vary during peak times. Please also check Ebays Estimated date of arrival before purchasing to make sure you have left sufficient time before your event to avoid disappointment. Don’t forget items last for a good 6 months so you don’t need to wait until the last minute to order .

All Freepost items will be despatched using Royal Mail and will be sent by 2nd Class Standard Mail. If you require your item to be despatched by a quicker method please select this at checkout. Other Postage options are 1st class, 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm .Please note that selecting 1st class options does not mean your item will be despatched quicker it means that once posted Royal Mail will deliver your order quicker than the Freepost option

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your item does not reach you in perfect condition please contact us with photographic evidence and and we will try our best to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
Photographs can be attached via EBay messages and should be removed from the packaging so we can clearly see which items have been damaged during transit.
