Small fits a bust of 30" to 33", medium fits a bust of 33" to 36". Small and Medium sleeves measure 17" around bicep area.
Large fits a bust of 36" to 39", XLarge fits a bust of 39" to 42" . Large and Xlarge sleeves measure 18" around bicep area.
2X fits a bust of 42" to 45", 3X fits a bust of 45" to 48". 2X and 3X sleeves measure 19" around bicep area.
Sleeve length from shoulder to hem is 24". Down center back measures 12&1/2".

this shrug is made from a soft lace material and the length of the sleeves are perfect! However, mine did arrive...Incomplete. One of the arms on my shrug was not sewn up properly. Good shrug just needs a little more work.
