2 options included - Folded card and face only card template options so you can easily create a card which ever way suits.

This card svg file has been tested using a Cricut maker with 216gsm cardstock and adding coloured/textured backing card, as seen in the example picture. The svg can be scaled to any size however I recommend sizing no smaller than 14cm/5.5inches in width as smaller you go the harder it is for the machine to make the cuts, especially for intricate designs. For folded card option you will need to add a score line in Cricut design space make sure to align score line to centre of card where fold will go and attach score line before cutting. Or alternatively you can manually add a score line.
