What happens if I make an error during the application of my decal?

📢‼️ CraftyCreationsbySyl is not responsible for any errors that occur during the application process. A replacement decal will not be sent. Please read application instructions prior to attempting to place decal. If you receive a decal and there’s a problem with it, let me know immediately.

My tracking number isn’t updating?

Did you purchase tracking with your order? If not, the tracking number displayed will not be updated. This tracking number is generated when I purchase the stamp.

My Decal hasn’t arrived?

CraftycreationsbySyl does not have any control over USPS. If your decal has not arrived, please contact your local post office. We have fulfilled our part of the order and shipped it out. If you have entered an incorrect address on your order and it is returned to us, we will not reship your decal, and you will not receive a refund. Please ensure that your address is correct before placing the order.
