We can ship international however we do not offer free shipping on international orders and we can only ship to the address provided by Etsy at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs, and fees that may be assessed at the destination country. We provide tracking and insurance and buyers are responsible for following the progress of their package to ensure that if the package is delayed at customs in the destination country, they can take action in a timely manner to have the package released. We are not responsible for any deliery delays after shipping or for communications or actions the buyer may have to make/take in the destination country to accept delivery. Yes! From simple changes to full custom design and casting, our full shop and master jeweler are experts at handling virtually any and all alterations or custom requests. Alterations are subject to the limitations of the item and the changes requested, please keep in mind some alterations may not be possible on some items due to the structure, components, or limitations of a piece. We will not do alterations that will put the piece at risk for structural failure. Reach out to us before purchasing an item so we may evaluate the item and ensure your requests are possible. There may be a fee depending on the extent of request and the parts/labor required. Alterations may add 1-2 weeks processing time.
