I have a custom order, can you help?

Of course! If you have an idea but don't see it in our shop please send us a message to see if we can help, we would love to bring your vision to life!

Sizing is detailed in every listing - please check this before purchasing. Alternatively if you wanted to discuss a different size for an item please send us a message.

My delivery address is wrong, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible via Etsy to advise of the correct address. If your order has been posted we are unable to retrieve your order and a replacement would be at your own cost.

Can I change the wording on an item you make?

Yes, but please send us a message beforehand to check that this can be accommodated based on the size of the item.

Will I see a preview of my order?

We do not send previews unless requested. If you would like to see a preview please leave a note at the checkout. Your item will not be made until you have signed this off which could delay the dispatch time-frame.

How quickly will I get my order?

All items are made to order and each listing has accurate processing times. We post all orders by Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard for the UK, this is a 2–3 day delivery aim once dispatched. Postage upgrades are available at the checkout. All international orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked, this is a 7-10 day delivery aim once dispatched. Whilst this is slightly more expensive option we feel that is gives our international customers peace of mind ordering knowing it is fully tracked. If you need your order quickly or by a certain date please send us a message to see if we can accommodate this. During busier times this may not be possible but we will always help if we can. Regrettably, international orders cannot be expedited.

If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us immediately so we can come to a resolution together. Please refer to the returns policy for each item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when the item is no longer wanted, with the exception of personalised items which are non-refundable. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for replacement.

Etsy’s Picks are hand selected by our style experts to highlight items from shops that have shown quality, reliability and style.

Seller's description

The perfect gift for Mother's Day, Christmas or Birthday's for that special mum/nan/gran! This personalised 'Piece That Holds Us Together' frame is a lovely gift from children to mum or grandchildren to grandparent.

This personalised frame is available in two different sizes, 15cm x 21cm (similar to A5) or 21cm x 30cm (similar to A4). Choose from 2 to 9 puzzle pieces all personalised with any name(s) you provided. Please note the layout and placement for the names on the puzzle pieces may be different and is not guaranteed, we will ensure the best layout and position is selected! Where more puzzle pieces are required they will be made smaller to ensure they fit on the frame appropriately.

Available with or without a stand (made from oak veneer).

The oak 3D name at the top of the frame can be personalised to any variation of mum or nan/gran.

The name and puzzles pieces are all made from 4mm real wood oak veneer which means the colour and grain may vary slightly to the one photographed.
