The necklace I first ordered arrived with some damage, so I reached out to the shop owner. She responded quickly, offered me a replacement necklace, and sent me a return label for the damaged piece. She shipped the replacement necklace the same day. I received the replacement necklace three days later, and the necklace is in perfect condition. The baroque pearls range in color from a cream to a soft pink. They're so pretty! Thank you!
