Returns are accepted for new (packed, unused and not altered) unwanted items. Please get in touch within 7 working days of your order delivery time if you would like to arrange a return. The customer will be liable for the return shipping costs and no initial shipping costs will be refunded. We will issue a refund equal to the item cost to your original payment method once we get your return back. It will take 2-5 business day to arrive.
No refund will be given for items returned not in their original condition.
All unwanted and undelivered (wrong address provided by the buyer or noone available at the address) returns are subject to 10% restocking fee charge.
