Since all our products are highly customizable and made to order, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. I always send proof before shipping to make sure everything is perfect. If a defect in manufacturing or shipping is found, I will not ask you to return the product.

Unfortunately, it's against the shipping company's regulations to send batteries along with the package. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
