WHY THIS GIFT WORKS:
This letterbox-friendly hamper comes in two sizes, a mini box at 23cm x 16cm x 2.5cm or a midi box at 31cm x 23cm x 2.5cm, so it's designed to drop straight through a standard letterbox rather than needing anyone home to answer the door.

FULL PRODUCT DETAILS & CUSTOMISATION
Each hamper is a self care package built around bath and body treats, sweet treats and a beverage of your choice, packed into a letterbox gift box. Choose between the mini box (23cm x 16cm x 2.5cm) or the midi box (31cm x 23cm x 2.5cm), pick your beverage variant. You can also personalise the order by choosing the greetings card design, adding your own gift message to be printed on the card, and having the recipient's name printed on the box itself, so it feels like it was made for them specifically, not picked off a shelf. The letterbox will come in a polymailer to keep everything clean and ready to gift

CARE & USE
Any bath and body items should be used as directed on their individual packaging, and the sweet treats and beverage are best enjoyed within their printed best-before dates once the box arrives.

WHO IT'S PERFECT FOR
This is the hamper for her when you don't know what else to send — for a sympathy gift when words feel too small and you want to say sorry for your loss without having to find the right sentence, for a get well soon gift when someone's stuck in bed and needs a lift, or as a relaxation gift box for a friend who's burnt out and just needs permission to slow down. It works just as well as a friend birthday gift, a spa gift box for someone overdue a pamper, or a pamper gift box you send simply because you were thinking of them. Whatever the reason, they'll open it knowing exactly why you sent it.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, with anything after that going out the next working day — and if you order before 9am on a Saturday, that goes out same day too. Delivery takes around 2-4 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48/ Evri/ Inpost, or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout if you need it there the next day.

Returns & Exchanges
If it's not right, you have 14 days to return it, though return postage is covered by the buyer.
