How do I download the files?

Note: Etsy does not allow you to download the files from the Etsy mobile app, you must use a web browser on a computer. With an Etsy Account: Navigate to "Your Account" > "Purchases and reviews" and use the "Download Files" button next to your order. Then click the "Download" button next to the PDF file. This will download a PDF to your computer, and this PDF will contain a link to download the high-resolution files from Dropbox. You do not need a Dropbox account to access the files. Without an Etsy Account: Etsy will send you an automated email with a button to download the files. If you don't see this email be sure to check your spam or Gmail Socials Tab. Then follow the same instructions above.

How should I print the files?

I recommend using a professional printing service for the best results, and there are many affordable options including places like Walmart, Fedex Kinkos, Costco, Walgreens, etc. You can also order prints online from places like Shutterfly, White Wall, The Stackhouse, etc.

When will I receive my order?

All items sold in my shop are Instant Digital Downloads. Nothing will be physically shipped to you. After completing your order, Etsy will take a few minutes to process your payment, and then your files will be available to download.

Will the colors I see on my computer match the printed artwork exactly?

Probably not, although they should be relatively close. What you see on your monitor varies due to how monitors are calibrated, and professional printing services also vary in how their printers are color calibrated. Additionally the type of paper and finish you select can also affect the final colors. Because of all this, colors may vary. If you require a very precise color match, I recommend working directly with your printer ahead of time and potentially getting a proof made before the final print is ordered.

What kind of paper should I print on?

I recommend a premium archival fine art paper for the best results, however heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a great budget-friendly option.

Can I purchase your original physical paintings?

All the pieces in my shop are made digitally (on my computer), so there are no physical originals. I use a variety of techniques to make them look like paintings, but they are in fact digital designs.

Do you sell prints of your artwork on Amazon or Temu?

I do not. If you see listings for my artwork on Amazon or Temu please know that these are knock-offs that are not sold by me and are not approved by me.

Can I purchase larger sizes?

I create my artwork on a 24" x 36" digital canvas at 300dpi, and then crop and scale down that artwork for the other sizes that I offer. This means that the original size is the largest I can offer.
