How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2. You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels!!!

Last update my parcel was week or more ago?

Don't worry! When a package leaves Ukraine and is on its way to your country, the tracking system does not show its location. This does not mean that the package is lost, it means that the package has not yet been scanned in your country.

How can I exchange my order?

Exchange of goods is NOT possible until we receive the goods in proper condition. In case the product is returned to us, the refund will be made when the product is received by us in good condition. Do not forget that you pay postage when sending a package!!!

Where is the screws? I received the package, but there are no screws!

For your convenience, the screws are attached to the top of the package. Look for the label marked "Screws" — they are located right underneath it.

This shoe rack arrived exactly as expected - it is a clean modern piece that works well in our tight space. As noted in other reviews, shipping can take awhile but it’s worth the wait. Comes with hardware - recommend including some small white stickers to cover dark screws.
