Gift wrapping and packaging

All my jewelry comes nicely hand packaged! Each jewelry order comes in a 100% organic cotton bag with the logo brand stamped by hand that you can use to store your jewelry. Perfect for gift giving or treat yourself! Want something even more special? Gift packaging may be purchased at checkout. Be sure to include a free gift message or any additional notes to make the gift more personal! You can see the wrapping details in the link at checkout. Keep in mind that multiple item orders will be packaged in the same jewelry bag to be environmentally conscious. Each item goes wrapped separately in delicate tissue paper.

I ship all packages with Correos Spain Postal Service within 1-2 businesses days (Mon-Fri). All shipments include tracking number and (country dependant) delivery confirmation. Shipment timeframes are noted in my policies and are indicative only. Do you need a faster delivery? In order to conserve the gold bath and avoid premature deterioration, it’s important to take special care of your jewelry. We advise you to: – Keep it in a dry place, and not in a bathroom or somewhere damp, as humidity can damage it. – Avoid direct contact with water and products such as soap, perfume, lacquers or abrasive or chemical agents. – Not to wear it in the shower, in swimming pools, saunas… or when doing any kind of physical activity. – Avoid contact with hard surfaces. – Clean gently with a soft cloth after each use. Factors such as perspiration or even the natural pH of each person’s skin can modify the colour of your jewellery, which makes it impossible to guarantee the total immutability of the gold plating.

Jewelry Clean Instructions

GOLD FILLED: Gold filled can be easily cleaned with a flannel. If it is necessary to clean more thoroughly use water and neutral soap. After cleaning, make sure the jewels are well rinsed and dried. Never use detergents or chemicals. STERLING SILVER: Silver oxidize naturally. Use a silver cleaning cloth to keep your jewelry bright. Dust, cleaning products, water and direct sunlight can accelerate the oxidation process. BRASS: Brass oxidize naturally. You can easily remove this natural patina with a soft cloth or any metal polish. GOLD PLATED: Gold plated pieces are more delicate and can lose the gold bath over the time. Gently cleanse the jewel with a soft cloth after each use to remove makeup and body oils from the skin.

Gold filled is a layer of real gold that is 100 times thicker than gold plated and bonded to the base metal. Gold Filled metal is hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant, as well as durable.

What happens if I have not received my package or it has been returned?

RETURNED PACKAGE: Seller is not responsible for packages returned for the following reasons therefore no refund will be offered if: - the address provided by the buyer is incorrect or incomplete. - the package is not claimed by the buyer within the expected time, after the expected delivery attempts. I will offer the possibility to reship the package once the jewelry has been returned. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. LOST PACKAGE: Once the Postal Service confirms the loss of the package, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued. The refund will be issued through Etsy's Purchase Protection Program, if the purchase is covered by it. Otherwise, the seller will be responsible for the refund.

What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?

If something is not quite right, you can contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings unless faulty. RETURNS: The return items must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused and sellable condition to receive a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are deducted when making the refund. The same shall apply in the event of customs charges, which shall be borne by the purchaser and deducted. EXCHANGES: To exchange your purchase please return the item. You will be refunded (please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount) and you may repurchase at any time.

🇺🇸 US ORDERS / Will I have to pay customs duties to receive my order?

All packages to my US customers are shipped with duties paid (PDDP- Postal Delivery Duty Paid). This means YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED any customs or import fees upon delivery. Due to new regulations, Correos (Spain Postal Mail) will now collect import tariffs in advance on all shipments to the United States plus customs management expenses. This means the tariffs are included in the shipping price and you will have no extra costs when your orders arrives.

Gorgeous freshwater pearl lily pad earrings! Lightweight and feminine, these gold lotus leaf dangles will be the perfect addition to any outfit, from a wedding or special occasion to a date night.

Classic and timeless, the lily pad earrings feature two lustrous natural oval freshwater pearls. The pearls dangle from vintage raw brass lotus leaf shaped pendants. These pendants come from a 70s new old stock that I found on the warehouse of one of the oldest jewelry stores in Barcelona!

French hooks are 18k gold plated over solid sterling silver. Suitable for sensitive skins.

To make your jewelry last longer keep away from water, make up or lotions. Never spray perfume directly on your jewelry.

Raw brass oxidizes naturally and forms a patina. This natural patina can be easily removed by cleaning the pendant with a soft cloth, microfiber cloth or a jewelry polish cloth. A glasses cleaning cloth also helps to remove the patina.

Remember handmade jewelry is delicate so handle with care. Last on, first off.
