Our leather patches are heat stamped using a milled brass stamp. It produces a deep, highly detailed and permanent impression on the leather that doesn't fade over time like a laser engraved patch.

We only use full-grain leather, the strongest and most durable leather. Over time, your leather patch will get better and better and develop a rich and rugged patina.

Our leather comes from SB Foot, one of the longest standing Leather tanneries in North America.

We make them like they used to. Our leather patches are crafted by hand and made with care and attention to detail to ensure that each one is of the highest quality.

Each patch is applied to the hat with a high-heat activated adhesive to ensure your patch stays stuck forever.
