In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil tree or tree of life is an enormous ash tree with not just wide spread branches, but also deep and wide spread roots.
According to Norse mythology, the entire world is in fact a tree, called Yggdrasil (“igg-dreh-sell”) located at the center of the universe.
Yggdrasil in a viking mythology is a symbol that played an essential role by connecting the tangible world of the Vikings with the intangible worlds of the gods.
This large tree of life wall art is laser cut wooden wall decor.
The tree of life wall decor is suitable only for interior spaces.
Due to the delicate nature of the piece, we have not attached any hanging hooks to the back. You can hang the decoration from empty spaces created when cutting the decoration.

✤ TIPS how to take care of wooden decor so that it retains its beauty and charm for a long time to come:
Regular dusting and cleaning with a soft and dry piece of cloth. Never use harsh chemicals or rough scrubbers to clean.
Keep away from direct sun & heat. Sunlight can gradually dry the surface of the wood and can also cause discolouration. Keep all wooden products at least one meter away from a direct source of heat (heaters, radiators, fireplaces etc.). Splits and cracks occur when wood shrinks as it dries.
Do not expose to external influences such as moisture, rain, dampth. Wood is a hygroscopic material, which means that it absorbs moisture.
✤ FSC CERTIFIED WOOD
Because it matters!
In my produstion I use a FSC wood. My two main suppliers both have the valid certificate. The licence codes are:
FSC-C136705, FSC-C122367 and you can check tem on this link: https://connect.fsc.org/fsc-public-certificate-search

Photos are shot without any filters and in different rooms, always with natural light. This way you will see how the decor reflects in a bright sunny room or in a darker room with less light.

In Völuspá, a seer recites what is perhaps the most famous of all texts in the Poetic Edda:
“An ash I know, Yggdrasil its name,
With water white is the great tree wet;
Thence come the dews that fall in the dales,
Green by Urth’s well does it ever grow.
Thence come the maidens mighty in wisdom,
Three from the dwelling down ‘neath the tree;
Urth is one named, Verthandi the next,
On the wood they scored, and Skuld the third.
Laws they made there, and life allotted
To the sons of men, and set their fates.”
