What will I receive when I purchase a listing from your shop?

All digital files are high quality made for Sublimation, DTF, DTG, Transfer, Screen Print, for Cutting Machines (compatible with Cricut, Silhouette and others) and Print on Demand (POD) and more.

How do I access the files from my order?

All of the files are available through instant download via Etsy. Etsy will send you an automatic email with links to download the files for your purchase. This email is separate from your order confirmation from Etsy. If you were logged into your account at the time of your order, you can also access your files by clicking on your profile photo in the top right corner of Etsy's home page, then selecting "Purchases and Reviews." There will be a button that says "Download Files" next to this purchase, which will allow you to access your downloads. You DO need to use a computer or your mobile browser to download these files. The option to download is not available through the Etsy app.

Can I sell products that I make using these files?

All of my files come with a personal and commercial license that allows you to use designs on physical products. You cannot resell my files in any digital form.

Can I use these files with my software, cutting machine, or device?

You can use the files with programs such as Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, and other cutting machines. Please verify that these file types will work with your specific program, cutting machine, and/or other device before purchasing. For Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer or Business Edition, use the SVG file. PNG is typically used for sublimation, printing or iron-on transfers (has a transparent background). Some mobile devices will not allow you to download and extract files from a zipped folder. You may need to have a computer or a special app to unzip these files to use on your phone or tablet.

PNG files are created in HIGH QUALITY - 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds for use with sublimation, DTG, screen prints etc.
Vector files are created for the customer to use with cutting machine software, such as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio Designer Edition (tested in Cricut and Silhouette). You are responsible for knowing what files are compatible with your machine software, but if my files do not work for your machine for any reason, please contact me for help and I will be happy to assist if I can!
