What size should I get?

Each of my listings should include a size chart -- it's usually the last item photo. Unless otherwise specified, the size chart refers to the garment measurements. The measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. You can measures a favorite similar item from your own closet to compare sizing. If the size chart is missing on the listing, please let me know -- I'll get that fixed.

Will my order arrive in time for my race / vacation / Halloween / etc.?

Each listing should mention estimated arrival window. The duration of the window is based on fluctuations in both print shop and postal service volume. Often items arrive early in the window, but not always. It's up to you if you want to gamble with the timeline. Place your order within the delivery window that works with your event to avoid potential disappointment. Expedited shipping is not available for made-to-order items.

Is there any way I can get my item faster?

I'm very sorry, but I am unable to offer expedited shipping for made-to-order items. Please consult the timeline for production and shipping on the listing to get a good idea of how fast your order will arrive. The exception that proves this rule is "Ready To Ship" items, which will be noted as such in the item description and often in the item title. These few items that are ready to ship may have rush shipping as an option, but availability is limited.

Are the shirts / tank tops / leggings / skirts / etc comfortable to run in?

For most, the answer is simply yes! All listings should mention the fabric content of the garment, and include a size chart to help you decide if the item is right for your level of comfort. If this information is missing from a listing, please let me know so I can update it!

Why did I only receive part of my order?

My products are fulfilled by trusted print shop partners. In some cases, items in the same order may be produced at different facilities. When that happens, your order will arrive in separate packages. Please note that Etsy may only notify you of tracking information for part of your order. If you have any questions or would like tracking details for the remaining items, please don't hesitate to contact me.

A note about guest buyers and returns

Please note that Etsy does not allow sellers to issue return labels to customers who purchase as guest buyers. With guest checkout, anyone can browse, add items to their cart, and make purchases on Etsy without creating an account. You can purchase most items on Etsy without an account. However, there are still some actions, like leaving a review, returning an item, or opening a case, that require an Etsy account. Because I cannot issue a return label to guest buyers, I cannot accept returns from guest buyers until they link their purchase to an Etsy account. Thank you for understanding! Note that for all returns, in order for you to send back your return, you will need to have access to a printer to print out the return label.

Note that this is a printed garment with no actual 3D elements or embellishments. The print includes grey lines to give the yellow and red grid pattern a cartoon fabric look.
