We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. See individual items how many working days are needed - (we don't work on weekends or holidays) If you need your order faster, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate. If the item is hand made, please notice how long it takes to make that item. That time is on top of the shipping. So, to get the item on time, order well before you need it.

I send my orders well protected and on time. Approximate shipping time (business days): Canada: 2-5 days USA: 4-10 days I send my packages on time. However, I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or other reasons outside my control. Some items are shipped using Canada Post or UPS and are not tracked. If you would like your package to be expedited or tracked for an additional fee, please contact me. If you choose not to pay for tracking (package is sent via regular mail) and it ends up getting lost in the mail, the missing items are buyer's responsibility and a refund will not be provided (unless you have paid for tracking). If multiple items are purchased I ship them together to save on shipping cost. I refund shipping overage.

This is so important. If you have provided an incorrect address and your order HAS NOT SHIPPED, please contact us ASAP so that we can change the address. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED to an incorrect address we will require you to pay additional shipping charges after your package has been returned to us and we re-ship to the correct address.

Leaving feedback and resolving issues

Once you have received your package, please leave me a feedback so I know your package has arrived safely. If you have any issues with the package, please contact me first before leaving a negative review so I can rectify the issue. I take pride in making customers happy with their purchase.
