What kind of items do you sell? Are these physical items?

Our shop sells 4 types of items: 1. Non-Editable: Items downloaded directly from Etsy and are ready to print AS IS. 2. Editable: You will receive an email with a link to a self-editable template from Corjl. 3. Editable PDF: Items downloaded directly from Etsy and are editable in the free version of Adobe Reader. 4. Custom: You will receive an email from us with your custom files. All the items in our store are printable, digital products. No printing is included. No PHYSICAL ITEM will be shipped to you.

For Editable items, can I edit the templates by myself? Can I try before I buy?

Yes- indeed you can! And we encourage you to! Our shop uses CORJL. Corjl is an online editing platform that allows customers to create and edit personalized items in a variety of applications. With Corjl you can edit and download your designs with PC, laptop, tablet or smartphones. We strongly recommend to edit with a PC for the best compatibility. You will find a link to the DEMO in the description of the listing you want. It is FREE to try and this will help you visualize your design before you purchase the template.

Can I edit all elements of my Editable template?

To keep the integrity of the original design, some graphics such as background, font styles and colors might NOT be editable. See the item DEMO for a better look at what elements are editable.

Where can I print the file(s)?

You can print at home, a local copy center, an online print shop or at a retailer such as Office Depot, Staples or FedEx Kinkos. When printing at home, downloading your files as a PDF with the "Save Paper" option selected will print multiple copies per page if applicable. Tahani Best Wishes is not responsible for any printing errors and is unable to provide printer support, both at-home and 3rd party. Print as many copies as you need.

Can you make a custom item for me?

Yes! If you want a Custom Item please contact us by clicking "Message Seller" under the listing title, or tap "Contact" on our shop homepage.

Can you customize preexisting graphics/backgrounds that I am unable to edit?

If you want to change some of the graphics/background please contact us before buying with your specific inquire. We will be glad to help you!

How can I access my Non-Editable/Editable PDF printable file(s)?

Once you've made the purchase, visit "Purchases & Reviews" page under the "You"/"Your Account" menu. To the right of the order, click "Files Ready to Download" Download all files and save them in a computer or phone Print at home, any local printing shop, or an online print shop.

What are the Terms of Usage?

No commercial usage, resale or alterations on any of the products sold within this store; You may ONLY use the products for PERSONAL usage.
