Are your items dishwasher/microwave safe? How do I care for the product?

Our products are not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use. This includes our "Sublimation" items, which are printed directly onto the jar and require hand washing to ensure their longevity. To maintain the quality of your item, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap. Please avoid scrubbing or soaking the design to preserve the illustration. For best results, pat the item dry immediately after washing. All orders will include a product care card.

For items with Glitter - will the glitter flake or is it sealed?

The glitter on our products are fully sealed and will not flake off, providing a durable finish that you can feel on the glass surface. We prioritize safety and quality; therefore, we exclusively use non-toxic sealers in our manufacturing process, avoiding any harmful sealers.

What is the writing / design made out of?

For sublimation items, the design is permanently infused into the surface of the product using specialized ink transfer, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting results. For our vinyl designs, each design is created with high-quality, outdoor-durable vinyl that remains fully intact over time. It is waterproof and can withstand gentle hand washing. Please ensure proper care of your item by following all provided cleaning and care instructions to maintain its quality and longevity.

When will I get my item?

The current processing time is approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks before shipment. Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.) Most orders after being shipped typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, as occasional shipping delays can occur. International Shipping (Outside the U.S.) Transit times for international orders can vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and buyers are encouraged to plan accordingly, as shipments may experience customs delays of up to several weeks. Please note that once a package leaves the U.S., tracking updates depend on the destination country's postal system.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include: A photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the shipping box showing any damage. DO NOT discard the item or packaging until we finalize a resolution, as the carrier may require inspection. ⚠️ Note: Missing any of these steps may prevent a replacement or refund.
