Usually, it takes us 1-2 days to make your special sea friend and about 2-13 days to get to you (in Australia).
Please, keep in mind that for some destinations it CAN TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS due to customs and local post offices work. If you want to get your fantastic toy for a particular date, write us to be sure you’ll get it in time.
Usually, we ship by airmail with the online tracking number provided (Aus Post). Also, you can choose other variants for an extra charge.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Toy contains hand-stitched elements, so we highly recommend you the following care events:
- Hand wash only at max 40º C.
- Use liquid powder to avoid stains.
- Dry on a flat surface.
- Do not use a drying machine.
- You can iron it at a maximal temperature without steaming.
