Are all your items handmade?

We source high-quality natural fabrics and then dye, cut, and finish each item by hand in our studio in Dnipro, Ukraine. Our textiles are created in small batches, so every piece has its own handmade character.

Will the color be exactly the same as in the photos?

We carefully match the colors shown, but slight variations between dye batches are natural. Colors may also appear different depending on your screen settings. For a large order, I recommend purchasing a sample first and ordering the full quantity together so it can be dyed in one batch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ribbons are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, while table runners and napkins normally require 3–5 business days. Large custom orders may take longer. Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please check the estimated delivery date shown by Etsy for your location.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, depending on my current production schedule. Please contact me before ordering and include your required delivery date, country, item, and quantity. I will confirm whether the deadline is possible and recommend the most suitable express delivery option.

Can you make a custom size, length, or color?

Yes! As the maker, I can create custom lengths, sizes, quantities, and colors. Please message me with the product, measurements, quantity, color, delivery country, and event date. I will calculate the price and prepare a reserved custom listing for you.

How should I care for the textiles?

Wash separately at 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Gauze items do not require ironing—the naturally crinkled texture is part of their design. Deep colors may release a small amount of excess dye during the first wash.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Etsy collects applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout where required. Depending on the destination and shipping method, additional customs duties, tariffs, or carrier clearance fees may apply upon delivery unless your order specifically states that duties are prepaid.
