|| PRINTING INFO ||

Printing at home: For best results, use heavyweight satin/matte paper or card-stock (depending on the finish you desire).

Printing at local print shop: send the JPG file in the size of your choice directly to the print shop and choose the paper/card you’d like (ask the shop if you need advice on this).

Each print is at a 300 dpi resolution resulting in a high-resolution, high-quality print.

|| RETURN POLICY ||

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be accepted. Therefore, it is important to ensure you order the correct print(s) in the correct format (physical print or digital download) to avoid disappointment as refunds will NOT be accepted on the basis of ordering the wrong print.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important. If your digital download doesn’t meet expectations, please send me a message and we’ll find the best solution for you.
