Are the 3D prints safe in my home? What about the printers if I might want to get one? Are they safe?

The materials we use are non-toxic and safe for home use (though we do not recommend eating or drinking from them). There are established safety standards for all 3D printers that you can buy as well as the materials you use in/with them, ensuring safety for both printers and customers. Every printer has safety features to make them accessible to people of all ages. In fact, you can find 3D printers in many local elementary school and even your local libraries! If you are ever interested in investing in one, please reach out! We can share all of our resources!

How long will it take to get my order?

It usually takes 1-4 weeks to ship out your order (up to 5 weeks for larger print and painted orders). Some items take less time. It really depends on the size of the print and the amount of painting we need to do. Some prints take a few hours while others can take days to print. Feel free to reach out via message for a time-frame on a specific listing. Each listing will show the shipping timeframe prior to purchase. Tracking information, when available, will be uploaded onto Etsy and show within your order. If you need a listing by a specific date, send us a message. I am sure we can work something out.

Something is out of stock in your shop and I want it, what do I do?

Most everything is made to order and will always show as "1 in stock" - if an item is not in stock, message us and we will re-new the listing. We re-new listings after each purchase made. We do not have a stock of items ready to ship out. Every order is made in the order it is placed. If an item is available for immediate shipment (meaning we have some existing pieces printed & ready to ship), it will say so on the listing. Items that are ready for immediate shipment should only be selected if you are only getting that item, or others that are available for immediate shipment. We send your whole order out all together - so if you have other "made to order" items in your order, those need to get made before your items can be shipped.

Can I get a different size and/or color of something listed?

You sure can! Just send us a message before purchasing and we will work it out for you!

I have something specific I'd like 3D printed - do you take requests?

YES WE DO! Send us a message and we will make your idea into something very real!

Where do you get the print files that you use?

We find just about all of our files online or commission a designer to make it just for us! A few we have started to make ourselves! You can see where the files come from within each listing in the info section. If you have any questions, please reach out and ask!

What if I get my order and it is broken when I open it?

Whether that it resending you the items (free of charge - with tracking) or a refund. Sometimes things get jostled around in the mail a bit too rough and all the fragile stickers, tissue paper, and bubble wrap in the world just isn’t enough.

I’m unhappy with my purchase upon its arrival, what should I do?

Please reach out to us via message right away so we can resolve the issue together. We always promise to make things right. We never want our customers to be dissatisfied. We always give the customer a coupon, refund OR replace the item - all at no cost to the buyer.
