2. We get your personalization information, and we will send you a design mock-up that can be modified to your satisfaction, and we will produce it only after you confirm it.
3. After the design mock-up is approved, we will produce and ship within 3-5 business days (except weekends).

Notification to buyers. All of our products are custom designed to your liking and need to be approved before we can produce your product. Please note that your Etsy inbox/email is associated with your order. Please allow 24 hours Monday through Friday for us to send out mock-ups or respond to questions and messages.
