Do you accept returns or exchanges after delivery?

Our products are made to order for you, that is why we cannot offer a refund or an exchange, once its lovingly printed it's yours to own... Please choose carefully, and if you have any questions please get in touch, one of our customer experts will be happy to help you out. All of our listings have accurate size charts as well as any important sizing information that you may need to know. If you are unsure of what size you need, send us a message and we will help you out.

My item arrived damaged... what do I do?

Most of our orders are shipped directly from our printer. In the odd case there may be a print error on the product. Please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 14 days of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

I received my order today and not all my items are here, where is the rest of my order?

Multiple items may be shipped separately. We do our best to message each customer if items are shipped separately, but sometimes your item is shipped and delivered before we can send you a message. Etsy only allows us to attach one tracking number per order, and once the first item ships your order is automatically marked as complete. We promise all your items are on the way! Please send us a message if you have any concerns about your order.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Mystic Eden is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered once the item has been downloaded. Sellers are notified if an item has been downloaded by the purchaser. If there's any problem with the document please contact us for further assistance.

What if my item is returned to the seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason the customer is responsible for paying for reshipment.

What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I purchased?

A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
