I need help with canva

I included a 13 page PDF with instructions on how to use canva, but if you have any questions I am happy to help

I can't open my templates

1. Open the PDF file and click on the download button ( no need to upload the PDF to canva I saw this common mistake a lot ) 2. A page will open in your browser with a purple button: " Use Template" once you clicked on that you will be able to see all of your templates 3. Edit them and when you are done download them !

Where I can find my downloads?

The PDF files will be available once your payment is complete. 1.Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2.Go to Purchases and reviews. 3.Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

The product was not what I was looking for

My listing photos presents most of the templates in that product so please pay close attention to all my listing photos and the listing video. Because of the nature of the product, the best I can do is to replace what you dislike.
