Materials: Primary fiber: Wool
Yarn weight: 4 worsted & aran

Soft and squishy hand dyed worsted weight merino wool, with a classic rounded 4-ply construction. A great all-around yarn for garments or accessories.

COLORWAY
Potluck Rainbow: variegated shades of teal, cobalt, purple, berry, copper, toffee, olive oil and jade, with many blended colors in between. This is a non-repeatable 'potluck' colorway - coordinated shades randomly added to the dyepot, with unique results.

ABOUT THIS YARN
• 100% superwash merino wool
• Worsted weight
• Each skein weighs 103g, approximately 224 yards
• Gauge is approximately 4 ½ to 5 stitches per inch on US #7 to 8 needles

CAREFULLY CRAFTED COLOR
• Hand dyed in small batches, by me, in my Vermont studio
• There may be some variation from skein to skein, even within the same batch. For best results, alternate skeins every few rows in projects using multiple skeins

CARE
• Hand or machine wash, dry flat
• If you choose to machine wash, use cold water & gentle cycle

Although I don’t develop custom colorways on request, I’m happy to dye full skeins of any of my colorways (except those with 'potluck' in the title – those are one-of-a-kind) on any of my base yarns. Note that there may be slight differences in how a base yarn/colorway combination turns out depending on fiber composition, yarn construction, etc. If you decide you'd like to have some yarn dyed, turnaround time is about 3 weeks. When your yarn is ready, I’ll set up a reserved listing for you. Prepayment is not necessary. Send me a message with your needs!
