All knitted Items are Hand Wash Only (Unless Stated Otherwise)
After washing Item Reshape and dry a flat as possible.
I do not take any responsibility for any felting or damage caused by machine washing.

Due to enviorenmental issues and costs whenever possible I use recycled packaging.

If the item is a gift going direct to the recipient I am Happy to gift wrap and write a gift tag on the item.

All Items are shipped through Royal Mail, First or Second Class or Air Mail*

*items with no postage charged will be shipped second class unless customer requests otherwise

Orders over £10 will be tracked

Please keep me informed if your package does not arrive within the expected time, I always retain proof of postage and may be able to resove the issue if I know about it.

If I do not hear from a customer within 6 Weeks of shipping I will assume successful delivery and close the sale on my records. No refunds will be made after this period.
