How long until my order is shipped?

Orders will ship within 5-7 days of purchase, typically on Mondays and Tuesdays. During special occasions, emergencies or holidays, there may be a slight delay in shipping times. Why does my tracking say shipment created and shipped but hasn´t updated?

This is because the Correos Post Office From Spain don't actualize the tracking number one time the package left the UE, if you are from USA and wants to know your order status, you need to go to your local post office with the tracking number and ask there.

My package isn´t here, what can I do?

Please check with your local post office first. Once the package leaves Spain and it´s in USPS’ possession, I no longer have any control over the package. Also, there may have been a problem with the provided address or for some reason, the post office is holding onto the package. If a package is returned to me, I can resend it as long as shipping is covered. I´m not financially responsible if a package is lost, stolen or damaged. I will only resend a lost package if you choose the tracking number shipping option.

One of my best experiences on Etsy. The idea is great, and the artist was able to understand and accomodate my request. The drawing itself looked already amazing in the picture I was sent, but it's even better in real life. Communication with the artist was super fast - they immediately recieved my request and worked on it in exceptional pace. Lastly, shipping was notably quick, as it took less than a week to arrive from Spain to Italy. All in all, this will make for a perfect present, and I'm super satisfied of my experience with this seller.
