How long will it take to receive my stickers?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping takes 3–7 business days for US orders and 10–20 days for international ones.

Are the stickers waterproof and sun-resistant?

Yes! Our stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl with a protective laminate. They are waterproof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for water bottles, laptops, and even cars.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Each item is made just for you, which means we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. That said, your satisfaction is our priority! If there is any issue with the quality or your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 14 days, and we will make it right.

What is your refund and reprint policy?

Since our stickers are made-to-order specifically for you, we can only offer a refund or a free reprint in the following cases: Manufacturing defects (printing errors, cut issues). Damaged on arrival (items damaged during transit). Wrong item received (incorrect design or size). Lost in transit (package exceeds standard delivery times). Significant delays (delivery time is way beyond the estimated window).

When is a refund or reprint NOT possible?

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following: Personal preference (you don't like the product, but it meets quality standards). Wrong size selected (please double-check the size chart before ordering). Incorrect address provided (we ship to the address listed on your order). Marked as "Delivered" (if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office). Shipping/Production time hasn't expired yet.

How do I file a claim?

Please contact us via Etsy Messages within 4 weeks of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date). Important: You must attach a clear photo of the product showing the issue. We will review your request and process a reprint or refund as quickly as possible.
