Shipping Information
• We ship via Royal Mail with 48 hour tracking provided for all domestic orders.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your label is created.
• Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before purchasing. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: Once the item is scanned as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you have a safe place for package delivery or contact your local post office immediately if an item is marked as delivered but not received.
