Please measure to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. Add 1/2" to your measurement for comfortable fit. **We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please make sure that you measure before you purchase to ensure that you are getting the correct size.** However, additional extender chain can be sent for $1 per .5” or you can send it back for resizing(resizing fee varies depending on hardware materials and how big it is being extended to).

-All Brynlee Bee’s bracelets and components are lead free. However, they can pose as a choking hazard for babies and young children. Never leave your baby or young child unattended while wearing the bracelets. Never put them down for a nap or to sleep while wearing them.

-A good rule of thumb is to avoid the “S.” Never Sleep, Shower, Swim, Sweat(exercise) while wearing your jewelry. Avoid direct Sprays such as perfume, hairspray, etc. Also, avoid direct Sunlight while storing your jewelry; it is best if bracelets are stored in a sealed bag or container.

All of our bracelets come beautifully packaged in a cellophane envelope. If you order multiple bracelets, we stick them all in the same envelope. If you would like bracelets individually packaged for gifting, just leave a note at checkout and we will do so at no charge!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Each bracelet is made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is best to measure before you order! All bracelets are meticulously inspected before shipped out. However, if there is a defect in your bracelet or the wrong item is shipped, contact us immediately so that we can make it right!

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for tarnish of the clasp/findings. Plated metals WILL tarnish over time. The rate at which that occurs depends on how well care instructions are followed.

-We ship USPS first class; this means it *SHOULD* take 3-5 days to receive your order once it has shipped, and sometimes longer around holidays.
-To check the status of your order and track it once it has been shipped, visit the “purchases” section of your Etsy account. You will also receive an e-mail once your order has shipped that contains tracking information.
**Please make sure that you double check your shipping address before you place your order. Once your order is placed, we cannot change the address due to Etsy policy.**
-We are responsible for your package until it reaches the post office. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Message us if you would like shipping insurance.
