We switched to the peel & stick/iron-on specialty blend fabric option after many customer requests and have found that:

- Easier for customer attachment

PROCESSING TIME = Time from the date we receive an orders payment to the time we ship out an order

- Our processing time can vary from 1 - 2 weeks depending on the wedding season. If you have a rush order, be sure to message us before purchasing to make sure we can ship your order in time.

SHIPPING TIME = Time from when the order leaves our hands into the post office's care until it arrives at your door

{ KEEP IN MIND }

► A specific size (example: 2.5 in width) must be requested. Simply requesting a slim tie size is not ideal since slim, skinny, standard ties can vary in size within each category.

★ Measuring the width of the bottom of your tie is the best way to get an ideal fit.

► If you would like a photo cropped a specific way this
{ Must } be requested at purchase. We do not offer reprints if a customer dislikes how their photo is cropped when a request was not made.

- If a request was made that was overlooked we are happy to send a corrected reprint for free
- Proofs can also be requested at checkout

How we determine PHOTO LAYOUT:

- we avoid cropping faces
- we try vertical layouts first and only rotate if the photo will display best otherwise
- we color match "empty space" if we are unable to crop without affecting faces or the main subject

What is the Best Photo Layout to Send?

- un-cropped photos are best with extra space around the photo's subjects
- faces that are close together
- if you have a preferred layout you can send us your already cropped image to use as is

* We can ultimately use most photos sent to us, even old and damaged ones.
* If you have a specific way you want the layout to look, please specify this in the notes to seller box at checkout (ex. do not rotate).
