Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to many places across the globe. All international orders are shipped through DHL Express. We take care to make sure your jewelry will arrive quickly, safely and in environmentally friendly packaging. All shipments are carbon offset. Please note DHL cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please also note the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes. You may or may not be asked to pay an import fee depending on what country you live in and the value of your order. Some countries require a VAT/Tax ID number to be provided before shipping, we will notify you after ordering if this is the case.

When you order a ring from us we will produce the ring as accurately as we can to ring size that you have provided. The best way to find your ring size is to visit a local jeweller who can take a precise measurement for you. Please be certain of the ring size you order to save yourself the hassle of having it resized later. In the circumstance that you order a ring from us and the size isn't a perfect fit we recommend taking it to a local jeweller and asking for it to be resized with laser soldering

Custom and personalised orders

We do not offer commissions for one of a kind designs, however we are more than happy to make personalized adjustments to anything you see in our store, feel free to ask questions about personalizing your order if you're looking for something extra special

Responsibly Sourced Gemstones

We do our best to ensure that the materials that go into our jewelry come from responsibly sourced origins wherever possible. Unfortunately in the jewelry industry there is no way to certify the term 'ethical' in regards to gemstones, however we do make the effort to research our gemstone dealers and make sure that are aware of the ethical and environment issues surrounding the gemstone industry and are doing their part to help stop injustices such as child labor.

Some of our designs feature castings from animal parts such as bones and claws, we only ever use ethically sourced/ cruelty free animal parts such as from animals that have been found naturally deceased. When we cannot find an ethical source for an animal part we will create our own reproduction from scratch.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders are packaged in a jewelry box, gift wrapped with ribbon and a wax seal. The jewelry box is secured in a cardboard mailer box filled with crinkled paper, and placed inside a mailer bag. Every order will also come with a thank you note, an art card, care instructions and a business card. Our packaging is exquisitely black, made with love in NZ and recyclable aside from the mailer bag which is compostable plastic

Inspired by Atropa Belladonna, also known as deadly nightshade- a poisonous plant with a rich and intriguing history.

These delicate threader earrings feature a pair of belladonna berries nestled between curled leaves. Each set of leaves are individually handcrafted and finished with organic textures. The earrings are produced entirely in sterling silver which is treated with a dark patina then brightly polished to highlight the details.

Each set of earrings come on a pair of ‘threaders’, these are a style of earring that feature a very fine chain that can be safely pulled through your ear piercing, with a wire hook at the top for a comfortable fit.

-GEMSTONES- The Belladonna threader earrings are available in two options
Black Freshwater Pearl- These pearls are dark in colour with an iridescent sheen of blue, purple or green, as a natural product the colours may vary.
Black Onyx- Sphere shaped gemstone, black as midnight with a glossy polish

The pearls or gemstones used for these earrings have a hole drilled into the back and are glued onto a bit of wire with industrial grade jewelry glue. Treated with care it will not come loose, but can be easily repaired if it ever does.

-PACKAGING- These earrings are available in your choice of packaging
Basic Packaging- The earrings come on a card in an organza bag, the outer packaging is a pillow box with crinkled paper filling.
Gift Packaging- The earrings come in a jewelry box, gift wrapped with paper and secured with a ribbon and our custom wax seal, the outer packaging is a gift box with crinkled paper filling.

This design is also available as stud earrings, drop earrings and as a necklace.

All international orders are sent via DHL express courier and are signature required. Please select 'Shipping Insurance' to cover your order during shipping in the unlikely event of damage or loss.
