🎉🎉HOW TO ORDER🎉🎉
1. Place Order Through Listing
To start an order, select your quantity, paper choices and upgrades from the drop down menus.
If you want to add anything that you don't see directly on this listing, please message me so we can get your custom order started!
To begin an order, simply select your quantity and envelope addressing options and check out!
2. Personalize
After you check out, please send me an Etsy message with the following information:
*Names
*Wedding Date
*Wedding Location
*Wedding Website (if you want it listed)
*Return Address (if ordering)
**HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTO directly from your photographer. To Print properly, the photo needs to be 300dpi
💌If you add on guest addressing, I will send you a google sheet with how I need the addresses formatted! I will not be able to format your guest addresses for you.
3. Proofing
Once I have all your information, I will send you a design proof within 1 business day. Keep in mind my office hours are M-F 9am-3pm EST, I do not work weekends, and no proofing will be done on the weekends.
Nothing will be printed until you approve your proofs! We can revise as many times as you need to get it just right!
I send all proofs through Etsy, please check it frequently and turn on conversation email notifications (or app notifications if you have the Etsy app on your phone!)
4. Production
Once your design is approved and I have your guest address sheet (if applicaple), your design will go into production. Standard printed designs with no added envelope liners, ribbons, etc will ship to you within 5 business days of approval.
If you have any additional add ons, orders will typically ship 14 business days after approval, but I will update you every step of the way.
All items are shipped with tracking via UPS or USPS.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please message me with any questions before purchasing the listing!
If I have not created your proof and you cancel within 1 business day, orders will be fully refunded.
Orders cancelled after receiving a custom proof will have a design fee of $100.00, any remaining balance will be refunded.
Orders that have been cancelled after the production has started will not be refunded in any way.

Due to the personalized nature of designs, no refunds, replacements or exchanges are possible once the approval to print has been received. If there is damage to your order in shipping, replacements will be provided with proof of all damage.
