How do I choose a chain size for my necklace?

This is best way to choose your chain size: Use a string, shoelace, or similar thin material. Hold the end of the string in your right hand. Bring the length of the string around the back of the neck with your left. While lightly pulling the string taught, hold the one end along the length of the string. You can mimic different lengths by adjusting the point where the string end meets the length of the string. Consider where you want the pendant to fall. When you have the length you prefer, mark the string and then lay it flat on a ruler to determine the full length of the chain.

Can I ask for discreet packaging for my pride order?

Absolutely. Just make a note to us at check out for discreet packaging and we will make the changes necessary.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

Etsy has created a new insurance program for lost and damaged packages under $250.00, but the item is only covered by this new program if the address of the package matches the order's original address. To ensure that your item is covered, I will need to cancel the current order and you will need to reorder with the preferred/correct information. This will ensure that your order is covered.

How will the new shipping protection change how replacement items are managed?

Effective August 1, 2022, if your item was lost in shipment, the new Etsy Protection Program (EPP) will work with you to reimburse you for your purchase, therefore you can reorder your item. Replacement items will no longer be sent for lost packages protected under this Etsy Shipping Protection Program. If your item is marked "delivered", no action will be taken on our part and your item is not covered under the EPP.

I received the wrong item, What should I do?

This necklace is made with Antiqued Brass Plated wire and chain and is nickel free!

This kiln formed art glass necklace is created by layering strands of colored glass with a layer of clear sheet glass and firing it up to 1500 degrees. At that temperature, the glass elements become one piece. After it is properly cooled, I grind a half round groove on the edge which allows me to safely wire wrap the glass.

They are perfect for celebrating your LGBTQIA Pride! The size is great for everyday wear.

Glass really comes to life in the sun too! They are little sun catchers!!

Handmade Art Glass Jewelry by Weathered Heather in Central NY!

I package each jewelry item in a box wrapped in tissue paper, and mail safely in a bubble mailer.

Please Note:
The bubbles you see within art glass designs are often described as “champagne” bubbles and are a characteristic of kiln formed glass.
Measurements are approximate. Colors may vary based on monitor calibrations.
