PRINTED & SHIPPED OPTION

Our table plans and seating charts are made with our own high-resolution graphics that are printed directly onto foam board. They are a single-piece printed design, making them easy to display.

Choosing a suitable stand or easel

For sizes 24in, 600mm and 800mm; a stand that holds A1 is suitable.
For size 32in; a stand that holds A0 is suitable.

~A draft proof image will be sent before finalising your design.
~The finalised digital file is supplied as a 300dpi high-resolution PDF, PNG or JPG, via DropBox and is available for 3 months.
~The digital files are not templates or editable.

SENDING YOUR TABLE PLAN DETAILS

To submit your table plan details after purchase:

1. Finalise your table and guest names.

2. Email your order number and finalised plan to us. Specify if you have a top/head table.
Email - files @ noordinaryemporium.com. (remove spaces next to the @ sign)

3. Send as a simple text list, Google Sheet, or Excel file. (We cannot use PDFs.)

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

● Design - After receiving your order and all details required to create it, we will start work on your design. Our turnaround times differ per product.
● Preview - As soon as your design is ready we will send you a digital preview image to review.
● Edits - Orders include one change with a follow-up proof image. Further changes will incur an additional fee.
● Print - We require proof approval before finalising an order.



SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Please ensure you allow at least one week between the latest estimated delivery date and your event. Delivery dates shown are estimates, and occasional delays can occur in transit.

We want to make sure your order arrives in plenty of time for your special occasion, so this extra buffer helps account for any unforeseen delays.

Delivery in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland:

● Standard delivery: Royal Mail / Courier. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 3-8 working days.
● Tracked: Royal Mail Tracked / Courier. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 2-5 working days.
● Express: Royal Mail Special Delivery / Courier. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 1-3 working days.

International delivery:

**** USA DELIVERIES ****

There are new USA import tariffs being introduced. Please take note of any messages from your carrier UPS or DHL requesting payment before your item can be delivered.

● Customs - When your shipped item reaches your country it will go through customs to be checked if you need to pay duties and VAT on the imported item.
You will be contacted by the shipping carrier if you need to pay any duties or VAT and how to pay them before you can receive your item.
As a seller, we cannot pay any applicable charges for you. Please check your government's website for up to date details.
● Please provide a delivery contact telephone number whenordering.
● We typically use the shipping carriers we UPS and Fed Ex but choose the best option for your item and the quickest carrier available to us at the time of shipping. The delivery aim is approximately 6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please add the item to your cart and check the cart page for the estimated delivery time. All international deliveries include a tracking number, and their position can be tracked fully once it has been exported from our country, which is usually 2 - 4 business days after dispatch. Please note that we are unable to post to Military addresses, due to carrier restrictions.


LAST BUT NOT LEAST

● Delivery - Please allow at least one week between the last delivery date and your event. We recommend a week or more as delivery dates are estimated and unfortunately delays can occur.
● Please take note of the processing times (the time it takes to create the item). The processing times can be found in the Shipping/Delivery section where it says 'Ready to ship in'. This excludes delivery time.
● Please note that printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen as all screens are set up differently.
● Please note that no changes can be made to an order once it has been approved for printing.
