We focus in creating designs and work with production partners to make different products. Your order will be shipped to you directly from our partners after production is finished.

Car accessories & wallets - made in and ship from China.

Everything else - made in and ship from USA （we have facilities in various states and your items will be shipped from the one closest to the delivery address) OR Germany if you are located in Europe.

We do our best to ensure fast shipping, but due to various uncontrollable factors we can't guarantee a delivery date, SORRY!

We send free replacement / refund if your order arrives defective, damaged; lost in transit, wrong item sent or we made any mistakes with the order. Just contact (with a photo) within 1 week from the day of delivery.

For items shipped from the US: If your order is not delivered in 30 (for US orders) or 45 (for international orders) calendar days from the day of purchase, please contact within 1 week to be eligible for replacement / refund.

For items shipped from China: Contact within 1 week if not delivered in 50 days to be eligible for replacement / refund.

Since the product will be sent directly from our printing partner to the delivery address, gift message service is not available. If you chose to mark the order as a gift, we will not show price info on the package.

If you ordered more than one item, the products might come in multiple packages.

If you have an issue with your order, before writing a review, please message us directly within 30 days of the product delivery. By providing a detailed description and relevant photo or video that supports your case will enable us to serve you faster. We will need to work with our production partner and will let you know ASAP if the case is eligible for free replacement or refund.

Actual product color may vary. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our listings. However, different people will see slightly different colors when viewed from their own devices with different display settings.
