Address Sign Care Instructions

Like all exterior outdoor décor, our signs naturally require care to ensure their longevity. We spray each sign with exterior sealant before it leaves our shop but we encourage all of our customers to care for their sign with love and take time as needed to re-seal as often as they feel needed. Please know, that we are not responsible for natural weathering.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer a 30 day warranty and return period that the sign will be free of defects. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting in negligence, misuse, natural weathering, or accidents if you do not follow the recommendations provided in our "Address Sign Care Instructions" section. We do not offer replacements nor do we offer refunds for items that have naturally worn or weathered after our 30 day warranty period. We have taken much time narrowing down the most durable and and best quality woods and sealants to ensure your sign will withstand many elements, we do recommend that your sign be treated with love and care, if you have any concerns please message us. Thank you so much for understanding!

We build and package our items ahead of time so that they can ship as quick as possible. If an address change is needed, please message us before the order is placed.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is because there were some parts were the wood was a little splintered. Not too bad. Other than that I love it.
