It takes about one week to reach you after we send out. ( All paintings will be delivered by express).

How closely will the painting I receive match what I saw in your store?

Since all of our paintings are handmade and often customized orders, there may be minor or subtle changes in your artwork. While it may not be exactly the same as the picture from which you placed your order, it will be nearly identical. What we can promise is the quality of our work; all artwork will only be shipped after receiving your final confirmation. We assure you it will be a gorgeous painting that meets your expectations.

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.

How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:

If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

Framed paintings are securely packed with anti-collision corners on all four edges for maximum protection. For unframed or rolled paintings, we use quality bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard tube to prevent any damage during international shipping. This method ensures the painting remains safe and will return to its original flat state once you stretch it on a wooden frame. If you encounter any issues, such as damage due to rough handling during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our utmost to assist you promptly.
